It’s a really great experience here so far. The staff are very helpful and the space is very clean. The only negative thing so far is the noise from garbage trucks, which isn’t something that’s really avoidable. I’m excited to see how the rest of our experience works out.

So far so great! I love the plethora of amenities this community has to offer and the proximity to all of Austin’s hotspots. Some are even in walking distance! I’m looking forward to discovering more.

Great place to live. Staff is awesome. Building is very well maintained. It’s a beautiful apartment complex. Very secured building and parking area. Residents are very nice too.

Apartment is well designed and a good size for a one bedroom. The staff is amazing. Edith, in particular, has been extremely helpful and always quick to respond.

Leasing Agents go beyond and very attentive through the moving in process. Amenities are clean and beautiful. The pool area is a perfect spot to relax, and the fitness center is well-equipped for all my workout needs. My apartment is modern, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. The layout is spacious, and the overall vibe of the community is both friendly and peaceful.

It’s very peaceful, the pool is amazing and the rooftop bar section is perfect. You forget you live in apartments with such hotel amenities.

Very easy from lease signing to move in. Only item is the garage sticker is a big hit or miss a lot. We had a few items that needed repair and the team was quick and professional.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my residence experience here in the Met, especially with the added amenities of a pool and gym. The move in process was seamless and whenever we have an issue it gets fixed within 24 hours. The amenities make you feel like you are at a resort rather than your own home!

It has been well, I can hear the people above me walking at night and in the morning. When I moved into my room fan wasn't working. I would like a piece of paper or something to figure out how to work the thermostat and to learn about how to use the fridge it did take a couple of trial and error runs so it would be nice to have a paper to find that information on. Overall however my experience has been amazing the staff is nice and the building is clean and well-kept I love it!

We had a really smooth experience, no issues with move-in. The space is well-maintained and spacious, offering plenty of natural light. The community is friendly and welcoming, with excellent amenities like the gym and pool. Overall, it’s a great place to live!

Amazing! Love my new apartment and the staff were super helpful. They glossed my floors before I moved in and even gave me a cart to help with my move when I was struggling. They made everything seamless! :)

It was fantastic. Truly it was. From Ashley to the outer surroundings , the cleanliness even during ongoing construction and maintenance. The sidewalks were spotless with o debris to speak of. I was immediately impressed and my decision was made after seeing the apartment. 5star plus.
