The Met is an amazing community run by an attentive and pleasant to work with staff! The gym, long course lane pool and rooftop bar etc. are cool amenities to have. Friends who come over love the interior balcony and rootfop views the building provides. Overall, I would highly recommend this place especially as I've already renewed my lease myself.

Moving into The Met has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The amenities are beautiful, it makes us feel right at home. A special mention to everyone in the leasing office Edith, Hannah, Noah who have been nothing short of the most pleasant leasing officers I’ve spoken to. Even the service staff have been so helpful. Pretty good with the community so far. Can improve removing the island outside getting into the garage on Rutland so easier to drive in and out. It serves no purpose whatsoever.

Good, just expensive and can sometimes hear noise from the trucks in the morning. Plus there is a good amount of fire alarms. There is good bonuses of the place though.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. The environment is calm, clean, safe, and well maintained, and the neighbors are friendly. Management is responsive and helpful whenever something comes up. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good community.

The apartment has been great and very accommodating. There has been limited issues and we have been very pleased. Only thing that was been an issue is our upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy… but that isn’t a reflection of the apartment!

So far, my experience has been great! The only issue is the fire alarm — it occasionally goes off, is extremely loud, and lasts for about 20–30 minutes. Other than that, I really love the place.

Love the staff and events! The building itself has very thin walls and the warehouses on the north wall have dumpsters come at all hours of the night. Impossible to get a full night’s sleep without interruption.

Love it here! I bug the staff all the time and they welcome any and all feedback. They genuinely want to help give the residents a quality experience. Just need to fix all the tv touch pads. None of them have worked for close to 2 months.

We had an extremely smooth move in experience! Hannah, Edith, and Noah have been so helpful during the entire process. Also, a huge shoutout to Mila for saving us from locking ourselves out only a couple of days after moving in, and on Labor Day! Great community staff makes life much easier! I love the gym with brand new equipments. There are also lots events hosted by the community like drink on Thursday and free coffee on Friday. Community staff are friendly and responsive!

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Met! The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The layout is practical, and the natural light that pours in makes the space feel welcoming and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch—especially the gym and pool, which are always clean and convenient. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The location is also a huge plus—close to everything I need, but still quiet and peaceful. It’s a nice apartment complex. The location is good for my work and things being close to it. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The amenities in my apartment and in the complex itself are nice. It’s just kinda expensive as the downside.

The Met is a superb apartment community. My disabled apartment has everything I need within easy reach. The apartment is organized so that it is easy to put things away. There is more storage space. It feels bigger, even though it is slightly smaller than my other apartment. High ceilings and a beautiful view from the 3rd floor make me so happy. There are two elevators! The first-floor mail room is easy to use, and there are lockers where you put a code in and get packages that come to you. The office is open 7 days a week. Each person is very kind and considerate. You never feel like asking them a question is causing them to be annoyed. My other apartment staff was so rude and would answer me like I was an idiot for asking a question. One building with 5 floors is easier to give your friends directions to find your apartment. I encourage everyone to look at the Met before you move into the other traditional apartments. Thank you!

It's a great property overall, although a little understated. It would be nice to have more coverage on the backward-facing part of the building, like trees to block all the cement. Even so, it feels chill and comfortable here. The pups love the enclosed park, yet hate the smell of cigarettes from the guy that manages the disposable waste. I really like it here, and just see opportunities here and there to make it even better.

So far, so good! Love the on site amenities and the helpfulness of our apartment team. The unit is gorgeous and lets in a lot of light - perfect for working from home and raising plants. The community is generally quiet and I’m hoping to catch one of the many events planned for us soon.

I've been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall my experience has been very positive. The location is convenient. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, are well-maintained, and the leasing office team is responsive and helpful. One of the things I appreciate the most is how safe the building is. The entrances are controlled, which gives me peace of mind. The only minor downside is the noise from cars and trains, which can be noticeable at times. However, it’s not a major issue and becomes easy to get used to. Overall, I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a secure and comfortable place to live.

Great community. Biggest hassle is that the first level garage parking are all open to be towed after business hours. You’ll need to utilize the leasing office to let them know your car’s license plate to avoid hefty towing fee

I’ve been living at THE MET for over 6 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any issues that arise. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any problems are resolved quickly. The amenities are top-notch. Also, one of the best parts about living here is the variety of events organized for residents (weekly happy hour and other monthly events).

If you're a woman of a certain age who's hitting the "Re-START" button on your life for whatever reason, you should join me here at The Met! From the front office staff (polite, professional AND proficient- Hannah's my FAV), to Eric (the building manager), to Miguel the trash collector (I could've said refuse, but they keep it real here at The Met). The decor is stylish and tasteful, the areas to occupy outside my well-appointed apartment are numerous (with the weather, I've not taken advantage of any of the outside areas EXCEPT a two minute night-time gaze from the rooftop terrace right off the 5th floor lounge - cryotherapy is good for the skin). I have taken advantage of the yummy coffee bar-several times, the main lounge (poor C.J. Stroud and poor Marcus Freeman) where I met nice residents who helped me figure out the 65- inch TV control panel WITHOUT laughing at me. Even my new neighbor was understanding when my U-Haul blocked her car. And, I've only been here a week. JOIN me!

It’s a really great experience here so far. The staff are very helpful and the space is very clean. The only negative thing so far is the noise from garbage trucks, which isn’t something that’s really avoidable. I’m excited to see how the rest of our experience works out.

Leasing Agents go beyond and very attentive through the moving in process. Amenities are clean and beautiful. The pool area is a perfect spot to relax, and the fitness center is well-equipped for all my workout needs. My apartment is modern, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. The layout is spacious, and the overall vibe of the community is both friendly and peaceful.

The move in process was seamless and whenever we have an issue it gets fixed within 24 hours. The amenities make you feel like you are at a resort rather than your own home!

It has been well, I can hear the people above me walking at night and in the morning. When I moved into my room fan wasn't working. I would like a piece of paper or something to figure out how to work the thermostat and to learn about how to use the fridge it did take a couple of trial and error runs so it would be nice to have a paper to find that information on. Overall however my experience has been amazing the staff is nice and the building is clean and well-kept I love it!

It was fantastic. Truly it was. From Ashley to the outer surroundings , the cleanliness even during ongoing construction and maintenance. The sidewalks were spotless with o debris to speak of. I was immediately impressed and my decision was made after seeing the apartment. 5star plus.
